Dr. M.E. “Ted” Quigley is a former academic clinical researcher and physician who is Board Certified in both OBGYN and Reproductive Endocrinology.

A life-long advocate for Health and Wellness, Dr. Quigley is a leading pioneer in sex hormones and health who has devoted 35 years to the clinical practice of medicine. With his impeccable credentials, and easy, earnest style, combined with his academic and professional background, enthusiasm and energy, Dr. Quigley represents the innovative message and mission of the Quigley Foundation to empower women and men to become the very best version of themselves.  He has done that for thousands of his patients, with his signature method of individualized doses of non oral bio-identical hormones, which are delivered either through a transdermal patch, topical application of a cream or gel, subcutaneous insertion of pellets, or intramuscular injections.  Dr. Quigley has personally seen that the first step towards a healthy, conscious, fulfilled life happens when hormonal balance is restored to menopausal women and andropausal men.

Born in Canada, Dr. Quigley received his medical degree and postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Western Ontario Medical School in London, Ontario, Canada. After completing his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of California, San Diego, Dr. Quigley joined the staff of the UCSD Department of Reproductive Medicine before beginning his successful private practice in 1982.

Dr. Quigley has been interviewed extensively by a variety of national media, including the CBS News show, “48 Hours” in 1995, when he discussed advances in testosterone hormone replacement for women and men, and in USA Today where he discussed the treatment of problems related to perimenopause. He has published over 30 articles in peer reviewed medical journals and given over 30 talks at peer reviewed medical meetings. Dr. Quigley has talked before thousands of doctors over the years. In addition, he frequently speaks to women’s and men’s groups and has organized numerous seminars and workshops on midlife wellness and bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
